Singapore transit '6/4' , underpaid with framed 'T' hand-stamp and bearing Netherlands Indies postage due SG D65, 10c rose and black and SG D70, 15c rose and black tied by Soerabaja numeral '3' on face. Very rare item from Malacca. Ex Bulterman.
