Envelope addressed to Rangoon bearing Straits Settlements SG 193, 1c green and SG 196, 3c red tied by Singapore double ring '6th June 16' with circular 'Passed by Censor/Rangoon' in violet and 'Opened by Censor/ Rangoon' in green on pink paper tied by Rangoon receiver '12th June 16' on reverse. Nice item of censored mail into Burma.
