Agent Singapore' transit, underpaid with framed 'T' hand-stamp and bearing Netherlands Indies postage due SG D69, 5c rose and black and SG D71, 20c rose and black tied by Semarang squared circle '13th June' on face. Very attractive item of underpaid mail from Singapore.
