Perak postal stationery card '2 cents' green upgraded with Perak SG 104. 2c green cancelled by Kampar double ring '12th March' with 'Passed For Transmission' censor hand-stamp on face addressed to to the United States, under[paid with circular 'T/ K.R.' tax hand-stamp with m/s '9 ctms' in crayon and 'New York/ Due 2 Cents' applied on arrival.
