Envelope addressed to Calcutta bearing Burma SG 1, 3p slate (pair) and SG 22, 1a brown tied by Rangoon slogan 'March 1st', underpaid with T' tax hand-stamp and bearing Straits Settlements postage due SG D1, Ic violet (2) and SG D3, 4c green tied by Singapore double ring 'Mr 30; with framed 'Charge Not Collected/ Fresh Label Required' in violet and forwarded via Calcutta and Morvi to Navlahi (Burma) dated 'April 20'. Scarce item of mail from Burma with Straits Settlements postage dues.
