Unstamped envelope written from 'Vethiyur/ Ramnad' addressed to Baling, Kedah, underpaid with horseshoe 'Vethiyur/ Due/ 5 as' and circular 'T/ 50-C' hand-stamp, routed via Negapatam with 'Opened by Censor' label and hand-struck 'Passed Censor/ Negapatam/ 1' in violet with framed Alor Star 'To Pay/ 15 Cents' hand-stamp and Kulim and Baling/ Kedah arrival on reverse. Very fine and scarce item of mail to Baling, Kedah in superb quality. Ex "Stolz" Spink.
