(Straits Settlements - Indo-China Postage Dues). 1901 Picture post card of 'Collyer Quai and part of Hong Kong Bank' addressed to French Indo-China bearing Straits Settlements SG 95, 1c green tied by Singapore double ring 'Dec 29 01', underpaid with framed 'T' hand-stamp and bearing French General Colonies postage due Yvert 20, 15c yellow-green (imperf) tied by Saigon-Central/ Cochinchine double ring 'Jan 2nd 02' on face. Very nice item of underpaid mail from Singapore to French Indo-China. Exhibition item.
