Malaya. (Netherlands East Indies - Prisoner of War). 1945. Netherlands East Indies Japanese (Japanese postal stationery card 3 1/2c grey) written from 'L. van Affelen v. Saemsfoort, Bandoeng, Java' cancelled by Bandoeng date stamp 'June 45' and endorsed 'Tawanan Militair' (Military Prisoner) in red crayon, addressed to 'H. van Affelen v. Saemsfoort, Private Sergeant No 8560, Malat Furyo Shuyosho (Malayan P.O.W. Camps)' with rectangular 'Ken'etsuzumi' (censored) applied in Singapore on arrival. Very attractive item.
