Netherlands East Indies Japanese Occupation 'Dai Nippon' postal stationery card 3 1/2c grey written from 'L van Affelen v Saemsfoort, Bandoeng, Java' dated '20th Nov 03 (43), cancelled by Bandoeng date stamp '20th Nov 43' and endorsed 'Tawanan Militair' (Military Prisoner) in red crayon, addressed to 'H van Affelen v Saemsfoort, No 8560, Indo-Blanda (Dutch), Landstorm Sergeant 1st Class, Tangst, Java X (Batavia) with boxed hand-stamp 'Furyo Yubin' (Prisoner of War Post) in carmine, rectangular 'Ken'etsuzumi' (censored) in violet and unrecorded oval seal in orange, hand-stamped 'Java (district) 1' and 'Mare e Ikan' (Transferred to Malaya) and anointed '24th Feb 44' date received in Singapore.
