Air Mail envelope addressed to Manchester bearing Selangor SG 73, 5c brown and SG 82, 50c black/ emerald tied by Kuala Lumpur date stamp '7th Sept 39' with 'Pay Small Bills By/ Malayan Postal Orders' slogan, endorsed 'By K.L.M.' in red crayon and routed via Penang with circular 'Passed By Censor/ Penang' on face. Scarce early censor cachet recorded by Morenweiser from 1st September to 23rd September 1939.
