Malaya. (Netherlands Post Office in Singapore). 1946. Stamp-less wrapper written from 'C.H. Hooper, Sergt. Major, Brigade Staff, 1st Ned. Mariners, Singapore' addressed to 'Mr W.H.G. Hooper, Nee Soon Barracks, Irene Camp II, Block Ji, Singapore' endorsed 'On Active Service' with circular 'Netherlands Post Office/ Singapore' date stamp in violet '23rd Feb 1946' and endorsed '90gr' in blue crayon.
The first wrapper I have seen from the Netherlands Post Office in Singapore.
