P.J. Gooley, C Company, 2/ 18th Battalion. A.I.F. Australian Prisoner of War, Malaya, c/o Japanese Red Cross Society/ Tokyo, Japan' with '3/ Opened by Censor' label on reverse tied by framed '3/ Passed By Censor/ 216' in violet on face and reverse, with framed 'Ken' etsuzumi' (censored) hand-stamp in blue with oval seal of "Kobayashi" in orange and hand-stamped with Japanese character 'Oeyama (Camp)' in blue, endorsed 'Osk' for Osaka Camp in red crayon and 'J - 19' indicating the hut number in Oeyama Camp.
