Air Mail envelope addressed to London bearing Straits Settlements SG 281, 5c brown and SG 289, 50.c black/ emerald tied by Changi/ Singapore double ring '11th Sept 39' with framed 'Passed By/ Army Censor' and signed by the 'Major'. Very nice Army censor sent during the first month of the war.
