Enquiry card from the Red Cross in Geneva with circular 'Comite International de la Croix Rouge/ Geneve' in carmine dated '14th Aout 1943' sent via the Catholic Mission in Fribourg (Suisse) dated '17th Aout 43' addressed to the 'Apostolic Delegation in London with hand-stamp received '25 Aout 1943' on reverse.
The enquiry card advises that Wilfred Young, Staff of Borneo Co, Singapore is probably interned at Changi.
