Malaya. (British Military Administration). 1947. Envelope endorsed 'By Air mail Forces' addressed to England bearing 'B.M.A. SG 6, 8c grey tied by Taiping roller '2nd Oct 47', endorsed 'Posted Out of Course' with bold triangular double framed 'T/ (11c)' hand-stamp applied on face.
The cover was posted in the 'Drop Bag' and so subject to being taxed in Taiping. Proud notes this mark (23.2.48) - (31.8.57).
