Malaya. (Perak - Italy - Postage Dues). 1952. Envelope addressed to Italy bearing Perak SG 129, 2c orange and SG 136, 10c purple tied by Ipoh date stamp '24th March 1952', underpaid with m/s T 16c' in blue ink and bearing Italy postage dues 10l deep blue (pair) tied by Bolzano double ring date stamp. Lovely combination.
The correct postage was 20c so underpaid by 8 cents and taxed at 16c which converted to 20 lira and collected on arrival by Italian postage due stamps.
