Malaya. (Perak - Great Britain). 1936. Air Mail envelope addressed to London bearing Perak SG 91, 5c brown and SG 99, 50c black/ emerald tied by Ipoh double ring '26th Ap 1936', endorsed 'Per Dutch Mail By K.L.M.' and 'Alor Star - London/ Private' with framed instructional 'Air Mail Fee/ Insufficiently Paid' with adjacent circular 'I.T.P./ cts', charged with hand-struck '3d/ F.B.' and bearing Great Britain postage dues SG D14, 3d violet applied and tied on arrival by London date stamp 'May 16'.

The Air Mail rate via 'K.L.M.' was 60 cents in 1936 so underpaid by 5 cents.

The instructional cachet 'Air Mail Fee/ Insufficiently Paid' is unlisted by Proud in his three volume's on Malaya and States.
