Official Mail stamp-less wrapper addressed to Paris cancelled by 'Malta/ Official/ Paid' date stamp in red and framed postage due hand-stamp '1/2d' on face with boxed instructional 'Addresse/ Incomplete' and Paris receiver on reverse. Very Scarce early hand-stamp applied in red only usage on Official mail.
