China. (Manchuria). 1934. Large 'Anglo - Chinese Eastern Trading Company, Harbin' registered 'Trading Envelope' addressed to 'Anglo-Chinese Eastern Trading Co. London' bearing Manchuria SG 10, 8f yellow and SG 16, 30f orange (pair) tied by Harbin/ 2 date stamp '6th Nov 34' with matching registration label and framed bilingual 'Registered' in violet and hand-struck 'via Siberia' on face in violet.

Fine franking paying the 68 fen registered rate to England. The international postage rates changed on 1st Jan 1934. The 68 fen rate is an 8 times registered rate cover, letters to 20 gram, 10f plus 6f for each extra 20g = 10f plus 6 x 7 = 52 fen plus 16 fen for registration fee = 68 fen.
