Air Mail envelope addressed to England bearing Mauritius SG 255, 5c lilac and SG 259, 25c brown-purple (2) tied by E.A./ A.P.O. 73' double ring '25th March 45' with framed 'Passed By/ Base/ Censor/ E.E./ 'on reverse and 'Crown/Passed by/ Censor/ No 4902' in violet on face and signed.Very rare Base Censor, not recorded by Little but one example 'No 2' seen by Mike White noted '12th Feb 44'.
