Carlie, 2nd Hampshire Regiment Band, Mauritius' bearing Transvaal SG 274, 1d scarlet tied by Wynberg Cape double ring '11th Jan 12' and endorsed 'Card Only', underpaid with 'T/ 20c' hand-stamp and '20c' with hand-struck '12c/ To Pay' applied on arrival on face with Vaocas and Port Louis receivers 'Feb 1st' on reverse. Lovely item of underpaid mail. Very attractive item.
