Mexico. (France). 1883. Mourning envelope addressed to Italy bearing yvert 69, 12c brown (ovpt Mexico) tied by oval 'Postal Universal/Mexico' date stamp in violet sent on the French paquebot 'V. Bordeaux' with octagonal 'Vera-Cruz/Paq Fr B No 1' date stamp (Salles 1437) routed via St. Thomas with Roma arrival and forwarded to Rimini. Very fine item of French Paquebot mail Mexico.
