Stamp-less envelope written from Wandsbeck dated '14th July 69' addressed to Samarang, Java endorsed 'Per Landmail via Marseille' with 'Tour/Erquelines/ 2' French entry cachet in blue and Marseille transit with hand-struck accountancy 'T T 41' on face (Van der Linden 2856) with Samarang arrival in red on reverse '26th Aout' and rated '220' in m/s. Very rare accountancy from Hamburg unique to the Netherlands Indies paying the double rate.
