Postagent Penang' squared circle on face '23rd Nov' with 'Ned. Indie/ Over/ Brindisi' hand-stamp and Braunsschweig arrival '17th Dec' on reverse. Very rare item of uprated registered mail from the Dutch Indies. Exhibition item.
