Registered envelope addressed to Berlin bearing SG 83, 1c olive (2), SG 84, 2c yellow-brown (2) ,SG 85, 2 1/2c buff (pair), SG 86, 5c yellow-green (strip of three) and SG 90, 3c purple (strip of three) tied by numeral '1' on obliterator with adjacent Weltevreden date stamp '10th July 1890' with hand-struck 'R' and Berlin receiver on reverse. Colourful item of registered mail paying the double letter plus registered rate to Germany with the scarce 5 cent green on cover.
