Illustrated (Columbia Films) Registered Air Mail envelope addressed to New York bearing Netherlands East Indies SG 407, 30c indigo and SG 413, 1g violet (2) tied by Batavia Centrum date stamp '20th Mar 41' with matching registration label and 'Geopend Door Censuur' label tied by circular 'Dev/ 5' and 'Ec. C.' censor and hand-struck 'Gecensureerd/5' in carmine endorsed 'Knilm/ P.A.A.' with Honolulu transit 'Apr 3' and New York arrival 'Ap 7' on reverse. Very fine.
