Ind. Deviezen Instituut/ Deviezen Censuur Soerabaja/ 4' in carmine on face, endorsed 'Trans - Tasmin' with 'Gezien/ Censuur/ Curacao' and Willemstad. Curacao receiver '7th Mar on reverse. Nice item of mail from Dutch Borneo sent 'Trans-Tasmin over two Oceans.
