Envelope addressed to Belgium bearing SG 399, 3c green (pair) and SG 403, 10c scarlet tied by Malang date stamp '23rd April 40' routed via Ceylon with 'Opened by Censor' label and returned with instructional 'Retour Afzender/ Postverbinding Opgeheven' in red on face (Return To Sender/ Mail Service Closed' with 'Door Censuur Gepoend' label applied on return in Netherlands East Indies. Very nice item of Suspended Mail.
