Registered Air Mail envelope written from the Dutch Legation addressed to Bandoeng, Java bearing Brazil Yvert 209, 5000r blue (2) and 100r turquoise and 400r pale blue tied by Rio de Janeiro double ring '21st Dec 1941' with hand-struck 'Registrado' , endorsed 'via USA' with hand-struck instructional 'Service Suspended/ Returned to Sender' in black on face routed via India with censor tape tied by triangular 'Passed by Censor/ A - 20' and sent back via Miami 'Dec 29 41' with Brazil receiver '11th June 42' on reverse. Very rare item of interrupted mail for the Exhibitor.
