Envelope addressed to Colombo, Ceylon bearing SG 402, 7 1/2c violet (pair) and SG 429, 10c vermilion tied by Batavia date stamp '18th July 41' with 'Door Censuur Geopend' label (2) tied by circular 'Dev/ 4' hand-stamp in red with circular 'Ec. C' censor on face and 'Opened by/ Censor/ 4' label applied on arrival in Ceylon. Very nice item.
