Registered envelope endorsed 'Printed Matter' addressed to California bearing SG 397, 2c purple, SG 400, 4c bronze, SG 405, 20c purple and SG 435, 30c yellow-brown tied by Bandoeng-Lembanweg date stamp '1st Nov 41' with matching registration label with 'Door Censuur Geopend' label tied by hand-struck 'Gecensureerd/ 5' in carmine with circular 'Passed by BIC/ 1605' on face in violet, routed via San Pedro 'Jan 1st 42' with Berkley receiver 'Jan 6'. Very rareitem of registered printed matter from the Netherlands East Indies.
