Indisch Deviezen Instituut/ Deviezen Censuur Soerabaja/ 6' in carminre on face, endorsed 'By KNILM/ TT/ PAA/ to USA and onward Air-Transmission', routed via Hawaii 'March 18' with Highlands arrival '24th Mar' on reverse. Very fine item of registered mail going Trans-Tasman and over the Pacific.
