Envelope sent at surface rate with printed 'Per Avion' crossed out by ink' addressed to Hungary bearing SG 404, 15c ultramarine tied by Ambarawa date stamp '6th Sept 39' with 'P.C. 66/ Opened by Censor/ 1260' label applied in transit and Budapest arrival '9th Nov 39' on reverse. Mail interrupted on route to Hungary by the start of WW2.
