Ind. Deviezen Instituut/ Deviezen Censuur Soerabaja/ 1' in carmine on face with 'Gezien/ Censuur/ Curacao' and Willemstad, Curacao receiver '11th Feb 41' on reverse. Nice item of mail from Dutch Borneo sent 'Trans-Tasman over two Oceans.
