Ind. Deviezen Instituut/ Deviezen Censuur Soerabaja/ 2' in carmine on face with 'Gezien/ Censuur/ Curacao' and Willemsted, Curacao receiver '28th Jan 41' on reverse. Nice item of mail from Dutch Borneo sent Trans-Tasman over Two Oceans.
