Prisoner of War (2nd) postal stationery reply card (Balasan) with pre-printed 'Ofuku Yubin Hagaki/ Fukushin' (Postcard with reply/ Inbound) and 'Furyo Yubin' (Prisoner of War Post), written from 'E Mensingh-Lemmers, Magelang' addressed to 'C.A. Meyer-Lemers, No 19796 Djawa, C.R. (Djakarta) with rectangular 'Ken'etsuzumi' (Censored) with circular seal of "Watanabe" in orange, boxed 'Jawa Yoku 1' (Java Internee District 1) and endorsed 'ONTV 28 June 1945' indicating when the card was received.
David Tett and Spink state 'These Reply cards are very scarce.' The 'Balasan is the reply half of the double to be returned.
