Rijswijk 27 - Djakarta' written from 'Pangka Kamp, Pekalongan' addressed to Tjimahi dated '1st November 1946', routed via the 'Feldpost' with framed 'Pos - Tentara in green with m/s 3/11/46' and through the Red Cross, Batavia 'Comite International/ Delegation Batavia' and 'P.M.I. Tjimahi circular arrival on face. The message is in Malay with reply on reverse dated '17/12/1946'.

Bulterman notes Tjimahi was in Dutch authority. The sender was interned in the Pangka Camp which was controlled by the Republican Army.
