Harsveldt, Djakarta' addressed to 'A. Harsveldt, No 9120, Belanda (Dutch), Luit. ter Lee 11du K.L., Djawa W.M. (Bandoeng) with oval seal in orange (un-recorded by David Tett).
David Tett and Spink state "These reply cards are very scarce." The 'Balasan' is the reply half of the double to be returned.
