Registered envelope addressed to Soerabaja (Djawa) bearing Netherlands Indies Japanese Occupation of Sumatra SG 54a, 20c magenta, SG 57a, 35c purple, SG 52b, 15 blue, SG 53b, 17 1/2c orange, SG 54b, 20c magenta, SG 55b, 25c blue-green, SG 56b, 30c yellow-brown and SG 58b, 40c yellow-green surcharge 'Dai Nippon/ Tei Koku Yubin' tied by vernacular Japanese Occupation Medan date stamp '19th June 44' with matching registration label, boxed Japanese censor cachet with hand-stamp 'C' in carmine and 'Telahh Diperiksa' censor label tied by circular vernacular censor cachet with Soerabaja arrival '4/7' on reverse.
