Netherlands East Indies. (Japanese Occupation). 1944. Money Order Card headed 'Binnenlandsche Postwissel' (Domestic Money Order Card) addressed to Langsa bearing Netherlands Indies Japanese Occupation of Sumatra SG 44a,, 25c green (6) and SG 59b, 50c lake overprinted 'Dai Nippon/ Tei Koku Yubin' tied by vernacular Japanese Occupation date stamp '24th May 44' with boxed Japanese censor cachet in violet on reverse, address erased with violet crayon and forwarded from Langsa '25/5' with arrival '26/5' on reverse.

A wonderful mixed franking bearing Japanese Occupation stamps paying the two gulden rate, a lovely censored Money Order.
