Registered envelope addressed to Meulabah, West Atjeh Province bearing Netherlands Indies SG 407, 30c indigo tied by Medan date stamp '17th May 40' with matching registration label and 'Militaire Censuur/Medan' in violet on face with 'Censuur Medan Geopend Militaire' label, routed via Koetaradja with framed local military censorship 'Militaire Censuur/ Koetardaja' and Meulaboh arrival '29th May 40' on reverse.
