Registered and Value Declared 'Netherlands Indies' postal stationery envelope 22 1/2c brown and green upgraded with SG 135, 25c violet tied by Modjokerto date stamp '3rd Feb 13' with matching registered label and 'Value Declared' label addressed to Soerabaja with arrival on reverse and framed 'Soerabaja accountancy in carmine.
