Netherlands East Indies. (Liberated POW Mail). 1945. Great Britain 'Blue Triangle Air Letter' written from a 'Dutch Liberated Civilian' in Bandoeng, Java' dated ;24th Sept 1945' to her family in Den Haag, sent via the 'Red Cross' and forwarded on arrival.
Very unusual use of the 'Blue Triangle Air Letter' which had replaced the Honour Envelope. Probably given to a civilian Liberated P.O.W. by the RED CROSS whoM had been at Gevangenen Camp, Bandoeng.
