(Curacao). 1859. stamp-less envelope written from Puerto Cabello (Venezuela) addressed to France with Curacao transit '24th Sept' in red on face and charged with hand-struck '15' on reverse, routed via London 'Nov 1st' with framed Anglo French Accountancy 'GB/ 1f 60c' in black with French entry cachet '2nd Nov 59' , charged '16' and Bordeaux receiver 'Nov 4' on reverse. Nice item paying the double letter rate.
