Great Britain 'British Empire Exhibition' 1d red postal stationer card cancelled by Portsmouth date stamp addressed to New Zealand, underpaid with circular 'T/10' hand-stamp with 'To Pay/ Double Deficient Postage/ 1 1/2d and bearing New Zealand postage due SG D23, 1/2d green and carmine and SG D24, 1d green and carmine tied by Epsom receiver. Very nice combination.
