Registered Advice of Receipt Air Mail envelope addressed to England bearing SG 588, 1s deep green (7), SG 589d, 2s olive (pair) and SG 606, 1d green tied by Wellington date stamp with matching registration label and hand-stamp 'A.R.' in blue with 'Opened by Examiner/ D.D.A./ 5' censor label, endorsed 'Air Mail as Much as Possible'. Nice item franked at 11 shillings and 1 penny, three times rate plus registration and Advice of Receipt.
Postage Paid 11s/ 1d = air mail postage 3/6d x 3 plus registration fee., carried by sea across the Pacific via the Panama Canal and air to New York, then Pan American airmail service to Lisbon and then air to UK.
