Envelope addressed to Holland bearing North Borneo SG 306, 4c bronze and purple (pair) and SG 309, 10s violet and bronze tied by Lahad Datu double ring with framed 'Passed By/ 28/ Censor/ North Borneo' on face and German censor label tied by circular German censor cachet in violet on reverse.
Very scarce 'No 28' censor cachet attributed to Lahad Datu by Morenweiser from '14th Dec 40 until 9th April 41.'
