Registered Air Mail envelope addressed to New York bearing Palestine SG 93, 5m orange/Bistre, SG 97, 10m slate (2), SG, SG 100, 50m purple (pair) and SG 108, 15m grey tied by oval Registered/ Tel Aviv date stamp '11th April 41' with matching registered label and 'Opened by Censor' pink label tied by framed 'Opened and Passed by Censor No' , routed via Haifa, Hong Kong over the Pacific with Registered/ Honolulu, Hawaii 'May 10' and New York receiver 'May 15' .
11th April 1941; By NE77, which left 16th April and arrived Rangoon 19th April. By CNAC which flew to Hong Kong via Chungking. Then by American Clipper which left Hong Kong 5th May and arrived Hawaii 10th May (back stamped), San Francisco 13th May, being delayed by weather at Midway and Hawaii. Delivered 15th May.
Franked 140 mils for 125 mils Air rate and 15 mil registration fee.
