Crested envelope written from the '124th Duchess of Connaught's, Baluchistan Infantry' addressed to Dublin, Ireland bearing Yvert 310, 12ch blue and green tied by Isfahan/ No 2 double ring, endorsed 'via Teheran and Petrograd' and counter-signed 'C.R. Twigg, Lt. Col.' with Teheran transit on reverse and 'Opened by Censor/ 4343' label applied in England in transit. Scarce item of mail from the Infantry Regiment of the British Indian Army in Baluchistan.
