Dehra Dun, British India' bearing Persia Yvert 58, 10c blue and carmine (2), Yvert 59, 12c grey and orange (5) and 10r orange-brown and grey tied by Teheran double ring '10th Oct 43' with hand-struck framed 'R/ Teheran' and bilingual 'Par Avion' with Arabic censor tape reading 'Opened by Censorship Authority' tied by Russian Section circular 'Anglo-Soviet-Persian-Censorship/ 11' on face and 'Anglo-Soviet-Persian-Censorship/ 23' in violet on reverse, routed via Bombay with 'Opened by Examiner' tape tied by boxed 'Crown/ Passed/ DHC/ 29' and hand-stamped 'DHC/ 460' in violet with circular '1' censor cachet and Dehra Dun arrival '20th Oct'.
